What is ballet?
Ballet is a classical form of dance focusing on proper body alignment and fluid movement. Barre, center floor, and across the floor progressions are all used to develop proper ballet technique. Ballet is the foundation upon which most dance forms are based. The benefits of ballet class include grace, poise, discipline, strength, flexibility and extension through legs and feet.
All of our preschool-12th grade classes will incorporate ballet into their weekly class curriculum.
